9:15 AM – MORNING MARKET & WATCH LISTS UPDATE
NOTE: Today’s watch list with annotated charts can be found here.
[dropcap]U.[/dropcap]S. stock futures are pointing higher this morning with each of the indexes up a quarter of a percent.
Major European markets gained in early trade, while Asian markets ended their session mixed.
QUOTE OF THE DAY:
“Texas has yet to learn submission to any oppression, come from what source it may.”
– Sam Houston
Lands’ End (LE), Campbell Soup (CPB) and Dollar General (DG) released earnings before the open.
After the close we will hear from sports clothing retailer Lululemon Athletica (LULU).
I removed AVAV as it gapped up yesterday above its MAX BUY PRICE.
We now have 16 stocks which we will be watching for a possible breakout here.
One stock in particular is CPRT which traded +1.4% higher yesterday with a +30% increase in volume, and could possibly breakout.
No one has to wait for me to issue any type of alert. Any trading above the stock’s TRIGGER PRICE while the day’s volume is at least on pace to make the TRIGGER VOLUME would have this set up confirming a BUY signal up to the MAX BUY PRICE.
Current Portfolio Members can access all watch lists with updated trading criteria including – TRIGGER PRICE, TRIGGER VOLUME, and MAX BUY PRICE for every stock here.
NOTE: If you would like to be notified via email or text message when one of these stocks breaks out, make sure you are on the BreakOuts Alerts list here.
